Experienced Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emotional Intelligence practitioner breathwork teacher, Life Coach, and a mentor, and advocator for holistic self-care who guides individuals to transform their lives by creating self-awareness based on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I believe holistic self-care is an essential component of optimal health.
I hold a Master’s in research on public health, a Master’s in nursing and a bachelor’s degree in nursing. My research area was focused on self-care management of physical and psychological distress among adult cancer patients and Introducing community nursing as a cadre in the Maldives. I have been on the front line of critical care for over 19 years and work enthusiastically in patient care and managing a critical care service.
I am passionate about uplifting people with knowledge and skills to empower them to self-care. As an emotional intelligence practitioner, breath work teacher, and relaxation therapist, I also enjoy coaching people in self-care management via a self-care reflection guide which was developed in my self-care journey.
At the same go, I love to motivate people with positive vibes. My philosophical idea is to be a motivator to yourself to motivate others.
